CODE OF ETHICS

All activities are carried out in compliance with the law and regulations, within a framework of fair competition, with honesty, integrity, fairness, good faith, confidentiality, and transparency, while respecting the legitimate interests of clients, employees, business and financial partners, and the community in which it operates. Therefore, everyone working in or for the Company, without distinction or exception, is committed to observing and ensuring the observance of these principles in the scope of their functions and responsibilities.

For this reason, the present Code of Ethics has been established, with the intrinsic value of raising awareness that acting in favor of the Company can never tolerate behavior that conflicts with the values and principles that underpin the Company’s actions.
